Scheduled - We want to inform you that eRx will be undertaking planned maintenance, which will result in a brief outage of approximately 5 to 15 minutes. During this time, users will be unable to e-prescribe medication.
Services affected by this maintenance window are:
- Prescription delivery services will be unavailable.
- Prescribers will not be able to generate electronic prescriptions
- Dispensers will not be able to download or dispense an electronic prescription
- Mobile Apps & Intermediaries will not have access to eRx prescriptions
Access to the Active Script List and the eRx token webpage will not be affected, although any new scripts generated during the outage will not be visible until after the outage.
