Monitoring - We are aware of delays affecting SMS delivery for ePrescription tokens and MySL consent requests in the NPDS Production and Test environments.
This issue has been identified as originating from our third-party supplier, eRx. As the issue sits outside of our systems, we are not actively investigating at this time but are continuing to monitor the situation.
We will provide updates as we receive further information from eRx.
